Oxide commands not answering

    Do you have the permission for that command? The permission for oxide.reload or o.reload is oxide.reload.

    I have rcon admin and all permissions (/o.grant group admin *)

    Those commands require you to have the permissions for them. You can't grant yourself permissions if you aren't able to use that command, so you'd need to use the local console or RCON.

    All commands are working and answering in the console, but are not answering in game * (sorry for my bad first post)

    * is a wildcard for the argument and is not the actual command, but you have to actually have permission to use the oxide.grant command in-game via chat.
