Universal One-time welcome message

    I need a plugin that only displays a message in chat on the first time joining. I have looked at other ones, but i cant seem to find the specific one-time message.

    Does this only show for the new player? Or all of the server?

    Well i need the message to only be displayed to the new player, not the server.

    I am thinking about adding a message saying you have unlocked all blueprints.

    A message like that would likely make more sense as an option in the plugin that is doing the unlocking.
