Solved No permission to use commands (owner/mod not set)

I am trying to run GatherManager. I have NoDecay and StackSizeController as well. GatherManager and Stacksize use commands in the console. I tried the command that I got directly from the overview gather.rate dispenser Wood 10.

The error message is You don't have permission to use this command. I appreciate your assistance.

Did you set yourself as admin? (Admin and moderators in Rust | Oxide)

 

Yes I set myself as admin. Gather Manager works now. Now I just need to figure out Stack Size Controller
