Rust No decay when tool cupboard placed

Is there a plugin or option where there is no decay when a tc is placed but if the base doesnt have a tc it will decay?

 

doesnt the base auto decay without a tc in the first place ?

 

well i have decay off but not sure if it decays without tc with decay set to false.

 

no bases will not decay what so ever with decay set to 0

 

i figured. i just need something where buildings without tc will decay but if they have tc they wont decay.

 

any progress? I'm looking for exactly the same

i thought bases only decay if they have no materials in the cupboard? or is that only on the server i play?
