Solved Night announcements

hello, can any one help me,

im looking for something like a timer that will let people on the server know when its night time. e.g. like a pop up on there screen or in the chat

 

damn reign of kings - throught it was rust

 

This would be easy to do, I could add that feature to PopUpManager I suppose if that works for you?

Day/Night Message
I just ended up making a simple plugin thats universal, as I thought that having a popup every time it goes night would be annoying, So it sends a message in chat.
