New to OOP (Stupid Questions)

I know the remaked questions in this little learning code file are probably silly. But I use to have allot of fun with procedural programming 20yrs ago and want (need) to get a handle on this OOP thing.

I understand most of the concepts, but some things still elude me. The questions are in the remarks.
