Can you make a blacklist option, so lets say the FLAMERTHROWER always breaks? I just don't want anyone using the flamethrower on my server, it's pve only.

What do i need to type in the command to activate this?

Sorry, dumb question. If I set False to all of the flags, does that mean they will or won't take damage?
