Need help setting up my server

    Hello and thank you for reading!
    I have officially rented my first server via GameServers.com and have just about everything i need done besides a couple things. Im using RUSTY but i have downloaded OXIDE and i have it as a zip on my desktop.

    What i am wanting: Server kill messages, welcome and goodbye messages when people log, and lastly i want to be able to do automated messages for server rules; wipe schedule etc etc.
    Unfortunately i have not found a good post about all these and have no idea what to do from here!

    This forum is not here to pad your friends list. ;) Please do not immediately jump to this in every post asking for help.

    @JustTBurk, GameServers.com offers a control panel to install Oxide. Just shutdown the server, click the install button, and you should be set. From there you can upload plugins you'd like via FTP to the server/identity/oxide/plugins folder.

    Have you verified with your host that the information you are using to connect is correct?

    Try hitting the folder icon on the right side to see if it goes up.

    Tried doing it, did not work. fail to connect comes up.

    As far as I know you should see something there, so you may want to question that in the ticket as well.
