Need help getting started with plugin dev

Hey guys,

This is the part you all get annoyed at me, im well into computing and I work in the industry, I am looking at creating my own rust plugins etc but I dont know where to start, I dont know what language or IDE or anything any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Well. To start with you will choose your language. So Cs, Java, Python. After this look into some plugins and see how they operate and do certain things. Then you look in the docs(top of the page) and look at those hooks. Then just grab a idea and have fun.
