Rust Multiple tool cupboards within building zone

Is it possible to have a updated plugin for this as for example building bridges is difficult when the decay protection does not cross to buildings that are not connected to the TC's grid,

I have tested all the available plugins for this and for example MultiCupboard does not work on the current version
