Marker above player head

Is it somehow possible to make a marker above player head(Icon or text)?
Can you set it only to be visible to certain players?
Will it be visible through walls?

 

No it's not possible via simple Rust commands. A plugin for That would be needed. Explaining what you want might help us answer better.

 

I'm thinking about adding friends and foes, foes would have red market above head, and friends would have green marker.

 

Yeah that interests me too. Is it possible to add anything with the player's name above the head? Like a rank + player.name. Would like to know how
