Solved Making ranks and giving permissions?

Hi Oxide community.

I just started for the first time yesterday to try and setup a Rust server as i have wanted to do it for a long time.. as all of you know certain servers have donatable ranks ex. Vip, Elite etc. and i have no idea how to make such ranks, i've tried searching for a plugin for it but i cant find any of the sort.

Would really appreciate some help if anyone wanna share their knowledge.

 

Use BetterChat and if you need help @Resistance in the plugin topic can make you the json file you will need

 

So like with BetterChat when i make a group i can give them permissions from diffrent plugins?..

Also another issue i have is everytime i restart the server i loose admin access for some reason, any way to fix that?.

in rcon type
ownerid steamid64 "player name" "admin"
then
server.writecfg
then relog

And betterchat gives titles and each plugin you install you need to read the overview as some have permissions some don't
