Solved Loot mining quarry if have building privilege

Hello, at firts sorry for my bad english, i give my best one and second i would like to say all developers thanks for theirs wonderful plugins.

So now to my problem i search for a plugin where i can config, that just player who have building privilege can loot a mining quarry and maybe small/large furnaces, small oil refinery.

We have a PvE Server and there are sometimes players they do not keep to the rules and loot from other players their mining quarrys.
