Solved Logging of looting

  1. Would be great to see a loot logger for Experimental! Pretty much something that does the job Who Looted did for Legacy!

  2. I too would like to see this, Especially when it comes to figuring out who wallhacked a house when the wallhack detections failed to detect it.

  3. Would be a great admin tool to look at any boxes and see a list and date-time to see who looted the box..

  4. +1

  7. Or if a flyhacker just looted the crap out of everything on your server and you have no way to find out who did it

  8. Looks like i need to rewrite my ClipClap plugin from legacy to C# :)

  9. Hello!

  16. Hello, is there a plugin (or other way) to either log which player took what item out of which chest or what a certain player gathered? I have some serious bullshittery going on on the server with everyone accusing everyone else of stealing and they all want to leave because of that.

Raiding and looting is an essential gameplay element of Rust, so I want to leave that in the game, but I want to be able to tell who actually keeps stealing everything in order to ban that certain player in order to make other players stay on the server. Things like quarries are also being stolen from all the time but I can't just tell players to put walls around them and lock them, that'd be even worse for the server.

Literally 100000s of stone and wood have been stolen by someone and I just need to know who. If I just accuse someone (even if it's quite obvious), they're going to take their friends and go to another server with them. If I can prove it with logs, no one would leave apart from that guy because no one would want to play with him anymore. It's even being stolen within a certain clan and that really shouldn't happen.

Someone's been building a giant house with resources he can't possibly have had. Having a log of either all the chests or of what who gathered would help me prove just that. Is there anything like that still compatible with the latest version of Rust?

A good example of this would be the Minecraft Plugin CoreProtect. A simple "/co i" would allow the player to right-click a chest to see who took what out of it, like "Player 'Devin' took 64 Stone, 30 Wood, 2 Diamonds, put in 10 Pork". I really hope something like that exists for Rust

  17. I have already tried that, but it seems to only show who accessed a certain crate in general. And only when first and last. It doesn't give me any details about it at all. If I try to directly look at information about the player, the plugin actually claims that every single player on the server is "clean" and has never done anything. Can BoxLooters actually do that, am I just dumb?

  18. The plugin's purpose is to show you who accessed what box. From there you can begin your investigation. For example, if someone was raided, you'd get who accessed the boxes, then you'd find out at which time, and who did it.
