How i can broadcasting logs from my server to rcon client? I want make console for my Rcon Client tool.

You'd need to research how to handle the Source RCON protocol, I'm sure there are numerous resources around the net for that.

If you actually want to broadcast a full log file (not just anything that has been logged since the server start), you need to use something other than RCON, like FTP.
