Rust Layers of wood/board barricade on Monument door-ways...

I'm looking for a mod to limit the number of wooden/board type of barricades that stack endlessly on doorways in monuments like Train-Yard or Power Plant or Satelite etc. etc. etc.

Is there a way to limit the spawn rate of these items or for there to be a check before spawning in another layer if the previous layer hasn't been removed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and welcomed.
