Rust Karma Gather rates

Hiya guys and girls.

I'm using the Karma kills and Karma system plugins. However both have been abandoned. But i would like to see a plugin the can control gather rates/loot depending on their karma level. so the bad guys get less and less resources/loot as they do bad things.

Id be happy to pay some cash for your time, or you could do it for the karma
