It seems with the 2.0.2 update, research speed remains at 10 seconds no matter what is entered in the config.

 

Do you have the latest Oxide update?

Yes I do.

 

Do you have both permissions? If so it goes to default speed.

I've tested on my end, and everything works as it should.
