    I have the announcer plugin for my server it is bugged because when ever i start the server it wipes the files to default.

    Yea me too. I thought I was going something wrong but it keep wiping to default for me too. Any ideas anyone?

    Is there a problem with the announcer working with the new game version? The mod is not working at all at the moment, config file has not been changed

    Keep in mind that Oxide is a mod, so when you update RoK you also have to update Oxide to install it again.

    I'm going to sound really dumb but i'm new to all of this, I've installed Oxide fine and uploaded the Announcer.cs into saves/oxide/plugins but i don't understand where this .json file comes from or how it works D:

    The .json file would be the configuration file, and it would be generated under saves/oxide/config if the plugin is loaded successfully.

    I re-uploaded the plugin and the .json file has appeared but i cant edit it through the control panel, do i need to download to edit then re upload?

    Check your oxide/logs for errors and make sure you are reloading the plugin after changing the config. Also make sure your config is valid JSON.

    Hi, I have a similar issue where the Plugin reverts back to the default whenever I try and edit it. I spoke to my host(gameservers) and they said this
    Code:
    "It's an error with the plugin if it detects a error it reverts back to the default so it works again"

    The config needs to be valid json, otherwise it will reset to default. Use a site such as jsonlint.com to validate.

    Install the plugin anonser.Russian characters are not displayed. What should be done, please tell me. Established oxide in the server console when typing it ischechaet and appear only during input ... tell me how to fix? Help me please.

    Make sure you are saving the config file as UTF-8.
