Individual cupboard radius value

Hello everybody, thanks for paying attention to my question!

Is it possible to set a individual cupboard radius value for a single cupboard?
If this is possible, can this value get an increase every time the owner of this cupboard gains xp?

The radius of the cupboard needs to update in real time while the players are playing, no server reset or plugin reload should be required.

Also:

I am looking for a developer who is willing to help me getting started with plugin development.

It should be possible, at least that's my impression from quickly skimming through the CupboardRadius plugin.
Have a look at that.

Good to know that it should be possible, I will study the code of that plugin and try to modify it to my own needs.
