You need to grant the permission to the group, if permission name is admin and you want to grant it to the admins only, write on chat: /o.grant group admin admin (/o.grant group <groupname> <permission>)

Run these commands in this order and it should work

Your formating is messed up and permission is Kits.admin not what you have it see my post here on how to make kits

Есть баг... когда добавляешь много наборов, так что для всех на странице не хватает места - все наборы пропадают но меню kit не пропадает... и ECS не катит.. Почему нельзя закрывать меню по нажатию ESC? И как теперь это дело закрыть? Выключать игру? ((

There is a bug ... when you add a lot of sets, so there is not enough space for everyone on the page - all the sets disappear but the kit menu does not disappear ... and ECS does not roll .. Why can not I close the menu by pressing ESC? And how now to close this business? Turn off the game? ((

 

This is indeed a game issue not a plugin issue only what i can recomming to you is reinstall your game or verifive your game it sounds that you're missing game file'a which makes that bug happens

 

I do not agree with you. Because when I rebooted the plugin and reintroduced the / kit command, the plugin menu was displayed normally. And all the plugins were now displayed.
I can do a video proof of a plugin malfunction

 

You can but I don't have any issue with it by my self so dunno what the issue should be then
