How to fix server banner and description?

I am hostign server from more than 4 months and sometimes my description is glitched. I know the fix -> server restart, but this is only temporary fix. (If you for example if your pc freeze and restart fix it but you want to know why freeze) Same here, I want to know why its this happening with my description and banner every time (its not 1 time glitch, got this more than 20 times form 4 months) Also typing server.description comand in console fix nothing, only restart works as fix. And every time i have to wait for low pop to make the restart. Ideas how to prevent or its glitch that facepnch have to fix?

 

I suggest you to auto restart your server every day same time. I put mine to restart at 08:00 AM everyday.
