There may be an issue with those commands over RCON right now. If you can access the server console directly, I'd try that, else editing the files manually.

Anyway to add the ability to color the players name that is in godmode when they type in chat? I had all
users in the admin group have a different color name but that sticks when they are not using /god too. So if we could have it use a different color when they are using it,
that would be great.
