Solved Give levels on connection?

I'd like to write a simple plugin that gives players a specific level/XP when they sign in- any ideas how this can be done?

I see there is a bunch of hooks for XP but can't see anything for levels.

There is already a plugin for this I think - XPManager if im correct.
