Rust Give item when consuming another item

Good day, apologies if this is in the wrong place. I'm just wondering if this plugin exists. Basically what I'm looking for is a plugin that when you have a certain item, say pickles, a menu option shows up that allows you to click a button and the pickles are "redeemed" and a random item from a list I create is given. So say you click the button to redeem the pickles and it'd give you a %50 chance of getting a can of beans, %30 chance of a can of tuna and %20 chance of a trout or something like that.

If this plugin doesn't exist I'm curious Wulf if you think it's possible?
