Gather rates with itemv2 branch?

I've been trying to figure out how to increase the gather rates on my server for a couple days now, I have the plugin, but I can't seem to increase anything st all on the item v2 system. Can anyone help me at all?

Almost all of the Hurtworld plugins are broken for the experimental branch (V2).
If you want to make them work for this branch you will have to update or remake the plugins.
