Solved Gather rate

    Hey guys, I'm looking for a plugin that can make it so everything is 2x, or 3x. Like how the modded servers advertise "2x" or "3x"

    Thanks, but I don't understand gather rates config? I can't see the "Globalrate" everyone talks about
