    I'd recommend removing the "all" permission, as it is a bit too generic and will cause problems if other plugins try to use the same.

    rust.Notice( netuser, targetname .. " [color cyan]Has been frozen. " ) right?

    That's for showing a popup at the top of the screen. If you want it in the chat, you'd use rust.SendChatMessage instead.

    @Wulf how do I do it so it pops up in chat

    player was frozen?

    I tried to do it but it only says "was frozen" it doesn't show which player it was. Plz help it will be very much appreciated.

    I want it to say "Jeff was frozen"

    Wulf, the plugin allows me to freeze everyone online, however the unfreeze command does not seem to work. Does not show any errors, just players say they cant move after I freeze the entire server and attempt to run unfreezeall command
