Flat land map?

Is it possible to make a flat map with nothing on it but flat ground?
I'm trying to make a game mode, but I can't find a suitable map with enough flat ground to create it.
The size would have to be comparable to a 2k-2.5k map, just flat. (Think MineCraft flatland)
I don't see any oxide hooks that hook into procgen that would allow such a thing, and it seems like it wouldn't be possible, but I thought I'd ask, and maybe someone has a workaround.

 

In last devblog there was announced that there will be some new island with no gras, rocks ect... totaly trash free and it should be more flat then usual procedural maps, anyway there cannot be i think flat land only
