Factions

i havent seen this anywhere so i go ahead and ask. when someone becomes the leader does faction add them to there own permissions group?

 

im starting to assume this plugin is dead since no updates or people commenting but a few things ive noticed.
factions doesnt add players to permission groups, i think the command it uses doesnt work that way anymore and it wont teleport players either. just would like this to be fixed. would be great
