Extension hot swapping?

    Is it possible to apply a extension update while the server is still running. Like swapping out a plugin?

    Not really, and doing so isn't really recommended. What are you doing via the extension that can't be done via a plugin?

    That's what I thought. Just didn't want to attempt it while the server was running

    The server wouldn't reload it even if you replaced it you'd have to do some hackery to attempt to reload it, but it may not run the same.
