Enable Murderers properly.

I like ot enable events disabled by default in-game. Anyone knows the right command to enable murderers spawn? I think its all in one for the halloween event and will spawn and the themed wood, stone, sulfur, metal and bone pickups, but thats not a problem. Last time tried to enable the xmas event and put xmas.enabled in start.bat then in-game no sound for bells or presents every day until manually type xmas.refill. If someone can provide command to enable murderers, then i will test if they spawn properly.
