1. I'll explain...
    PVP/PVE with karma system.
If you wish to be PVP mode, do /pvp. Your name will change from White to Purple OR Tag PVP.
Once PVP mode you can't change back to PVE mode for 30 mins or taking any damage or raiding on your base.
If PVP player kill a PVE player, they can't loot PVE player. They gain Karma.

    Karma system is:
Name goes RED or tagged Killer
    (adjustable)
1 kill on pve player = 10% less damage you deal anything
2 kills on pve players = 30% less damage you deal anything
3 kills on pve players = 50% less damage you deal anything
If you are RED, you will lose all items on you and show you on map!
PVP tagged player loses only % of items.
    PVE tagged player loses nothing.

The only way to work off karma is staying alive over certain amount of time. Each Karma point is 10 or more mins.

    Continued:
PVP and PVE will respawn with all there items, besides % lost on PVP mode.

PVE can't harm any player. If they attempt to, first shot a warning, then 2 shot will be 5 seconds they will flag PVP

If player is flagged PVE, there base in ToolCupboard range is indestructible.
If player is flagged PVP, base is raidable in there toolcupboard range!
If player has karma, Base is drawn on map as HotSpot and raidable!

Anytime a PVE player gets near a HotSpot, they will in return flag PVP.

This would bring new kind of acceptable mechanics for PVE & PVP alike to play.
