Doors pushing players through walls.

I keep having issues on my server with players being pushed into honeycomb and rocks by doors. I've always been told it's a Rust issue, but I've never really noticed it being a big problem like it has been on my server. I was trying to figure out if a plugin is causing this or if anyone has any other idea what it may be. I would really appreciate some help if anyone knows the solution.

 

From what I have seen on my server and other servers, it is just a rust bug which they have not fixed..like so many other. Even happens on vanilla servers so pretty sure its not plugin related

 

I used to play on a modded server that it happened to a lot like mine, but then they must have done something because it just stopped.
