Devblog Announcer

Hello i use your plugin and wondered if you could add an option to execute a command if a devblog is released. This feature would complete my automatic Rust/Oxide Update "System"

 

I don't believe this still works as it tells me both updates are out for Update 0?

 

The way this works is it reads http://api.steampowered.com/ISteamN...ppid=252490&count=1&maxlength=300&format=json and then parses for devblog and community update #'s and then stores the data in data directory. count = 1 which means it just grabs the last post. means that it'll only grab the last posted. if you see both 0 then the last news item posted contains no "community update" or "devblog".. it contains something else. play with the count # in that link and you'll see. I assume that over time the right numbers will be stored. in order to get both numbers initially populated, maybe increase the count in the cs file and then revert it afterwards. or edit your data file manually.

Maybe plugin could load more data and then use the highest numbers it finds as a more permanent solution

 

I have this spam in console. Before when i was vanilla everything was fine. Now i instaleld oxide with only 5-6 plugins and i have this red message spam. Ideas whats the problem and how i can fix it?

 

I will remove devblog announcer because looks like the problem is form this plugin or related with this threat?! My topic was moved here.

 

Nope, deleted the devblogannouncer and still same. I have to restart server or its other issue. if i need to restart after deleted plugin i will do it. If problem is still the same then i o not know

 

I had same error as @Bananas for sale (no other plugins loaded)

For a quick fix as i can't remember why rust.BroadcastChat doesn't work.
I changed Line 148 - rust.BroadcastChat to PrintToChat works with no errors.

Thanks but i removed just devblog announcer, but if you can help me with lines in better say, i want to add picture to console messages, i read about chage in line 66 in the plugin config but i have no success. If you know how ot edit plugins help.
