Look problem when using commands such as /home.For example when you save in the home /home 1 and keeping it in /cc .It leads to the command /home but not to the point of preserving the home.

try using "home 1" and see if it preservers the home. I know some addons like gather manager when you edit metal ore you need to put it in as "metal ore"

 

I know for a fact not everything was going to work; and I hope I can improve the process so everything will.

For example, I had tried sr add absolut 100 (to save a button to give myself 100 SR Points and it would not work. I think it has something to do with how the command is processed.

Actually as I type this, I think the issue might have to do with converting the int to a string. Let me fiddle with some logic for checking if the string is an int..

Is there a way I can change the button background color and the text color? I want to make the quick buttons black and the text in them neon green to go with my communities colors

I think I found the issue, going to bit a little work.

 

I understand. I would rather have the chat commands working first, being able to change colors is a want more then a need Great addon either way

 

These buttons are good for admins and not for players in the current execution.So the notifications in chat extra.

 

I've touched out to a fellow developer for some insight. The chat command is more complicated then it should be because there isn't a built in function for it (unlike console commands). I have a recommendation I'm going to try, but am currently at the airport so perhaps a bit later today. Sorry all!!! Didn't mean to put out work that isn't "complete"

 

this is a good plugin! you are make a good job! but he doesn't work with /map admin or /remove admin ?

Correct on the commands. Anything longer then one word doesn't seem to be working, "yet". I will find a way

Yup not a problem.

 

Looks pretty good so far bud! One issue I did see was that BetterChat with this plugin will make any command you enter show up in global chat. I know this used to be an issue for the Quests plugin but they have fixed it with a previous patch. Just wondering if you can do the same or is this intentional? Just curious as I would like to use this plugin but don't want to see every players/admins command. Thanks for all the hard work!

 

Let me talk with K1lly0u and see what he did to fix it for Quests. I know this is an issue with any plugin I make that uses the OnPlayerChat hook; and I have therefore tried to avoid any "typing" tasks. Ill get back to you!

 

First let me say, I've want and tried to get several developers to do this plugin for almost a year - so THANK YOU !

Requests:

• ability to make buttons icons / images using URLs
  
• if not using icons / images, the ability to color and number the command button to compact their size on the screen
• PERMISSIONS !

Yes and thank you for that! I am in the midst of week long business travel so I will get on to this ASAP. I don't see any issue with implementing images for icons but it would require the admin of the server to load images for player selection as the players will not have access to the data files.
