Fixed CuiRectComponent OffsetMax wrong

    CuiRectTransformComponent has OffsetMax property, but wulf had done copypaste from anchormax and OffsetMax now is (1.0 1.0) instead of (0.0 0.0)

    I didn't write the CUI helper, but thanks for the blame. :p

    Also do not see why 1.0 1.0 is wrong with it.

    OffsetMax (1.0 1.0) = shift anchorMax to anchorMax+1px
    It's very bad for UI Design

    Ahh, I see what you mean now. I’ve barely worked with the CUI, probably made maybe 2 plugins that use it.
