CUI Progress Bars

    How would I go about making a progress bar with a CUI like zLevels did? Or if possible a spinning wheel?

    Oh I thought it used the old GUI method lol, not CUI :p

    What is CUP? It uses Oxide's CUI helper, which is the newest method I am aware of.
