Creating a button with command?

Hi guys.
I need your help. I want to createa button that willbe responsible forthe commandin chat ( for examplethe button"REMOVE"when clicked, activates/deactivatesthe pluginRemove).

do you want just the one button, and when do you want it visible? is it something that would always be visible? Please provide a bit more detail, eg
How many commands/buttons you want.
When will it be visible.
When do you want them to be able to interact with it.
