    Hello community I hope to find me in the right section ... I want to know what software is needed to set up rust plugin? if someone a link or tutorial I'm interested. thank you for your answers

    You writte plugins with a Text Editor, such as Notepad++ (its free to download and use). Oxide supports 4 programming languages to writte plugins, C#, JavaScript, Python and Lua.
