    Delete Mono.Security.dll from RustDedicated_Data/Managed and let SteamCMD re-download it.

    The DLL is provided by Rust, but it is not the cause of it.

    Well, to be honest I don't care who's mistake it is.

    Copying the dll Mono.Security.dll from a fresh LGSM rustserver -install to the old rustserver -install fixed the problem.
