Universal Connection limiter

    Plug-in that will add cooldown on reconnetions.It must prevent fast dc and prevent reconnect spamming.

    expample:

    Player 1 connected to server and then if he will disconnect(or kicked) he must wait (X) seconds to connect again.

    for prevent reconnect spamming.

    I can try, when used that hook in AutoKick. Got really weird errors.¨

    Changed to CanUserLogin. Thank you again Wulf <3
    But cant update plugin without approv
