Color overhead name?

I just want an Infamy logo if they are infamous or an outlaw logo above head if outlaw if possible.
Various states of infamy doesn't matter they still drop the same amount of loot.

Kind of going for like Runescape for example like how they had skulls when you in wilderness.

 

I'm guessing, but it seems far fetched to pull an outside http <img> tag, and I've seen a mention somewhere that the png's inggame are difficult to handle with oxide.
Not even sure my javascript "str.replace" will get you anywhere.. But if so, try pasting in unicode pics such as
Unicode Character 'DAGGER KNIFE' (U+1F5E1)
Unicode Character 'SKULL AND CROSSBONES' (U+2620)
its a crossboned skull and a dagger. Basically the infamous logo.
