Sorry for necroing this thread, but there is a plugin that can be used to modify every aspect of the christmas events, it can be found by searching AlphaChritmas in google

Also from reading more into the plugin, it does not edit the 3 present items that this plugin edits but it edits the stocks and the presents that spawn around the world!
