Changing the respawn loadout items?

Where do i find the config to change the respawn items? I remember changing it in the past, but i cannot remember what i did.

 

Write a small plugin that have the PlayerRespawnEvent. Delete the Items of the player and add the items u wish to have on respawn ;-)

 

Go to the Blueprints.cfg in the Mods folder on your server (if the file doesn't exist copy the default one and change the name to Blueprints.cfg).
In there you can set the StartAmount of items. This is with how many of that item a player spawns.
