Not an Issue Can’t remove players from default group

    So i have the BetterChat plugin and i i made a prefix for the default oxide group but whenever the admins or vip joins they get put into the default group even though i do /oxide.usegroup remove "NAME" deafult and then i do writecfg in the console it will never save for the admins or the vip and the owners too is there a fix or no thanks!

    i did and no one have responded so this is the only place i can think of that helps me

    All players are in the default group always, this is part of Oxide. The writecfg command has nothing to do with Oxide nor plugins, and is only used for auth levels in Rust.

    If you need help with prefixes, please use the plugin’s support thread.

    so is there no fix for them joining back into the oxide default group?

    It is automatic, not something that is an option.

    so can i add the default players to a new group and just delete the default group or will it just break the server

    It will cause errors in the plugin and it will auto be added back after server restarts
