Can't craft anything with skins

I forgot to ever come back and report -- turns out the skins issue was with my server provider itself! Once I got a new provider the issue never came back. I don't wanna diss them here at this point by dropping their name but if you have this issue continuously it could very well be the fault of your server provider. I use Edge of Reality now and they are perfect aside from sometimes being a little slow to update their Oxide build.
