Cannot set IP in server.bat

    Tells me could not start server on port and i have tried changing ports. Any Ideas?

    Check your Task Manager for duplicate server processes, also make sure you are setting the IP to either 0.0.0.0 or an IP that your computer actually has assigned to it. If you are behind a router, you cannot set this to your external modem IP.
