Can this get fixed before the update tomorrow? my players want a zero stability wipe but you really need this plugin so things don't get crazy.

Hello Wulf. Can you please add a separate permission for this plugin . I wish for the permission to only block and or allow building in water at all. So w.o permission player cannot build in water at all. Thank you. Just like you have for nowaterbuilding.plugin. I would use that plugin but I'm not sure if it's working or if it conflicts ect.. Please lend a hand. Tty
