Solved Building without resources

I did not find of such a plugin but would like to have. Can someone make the plugin that administrators did not need to have the resources for the construction or improvement of buildings? i.e. administrator with Building plan and the hammer can build a building without a resource in inventory.

me is easier to take the resources rather than entering commands to build

 

I think he is asking like that sandbox server, where you can build/craft without any resources.

 

Is there any plugin that can do this by now?

 

you could use AutoGrades and set permission to not need resources, but still you need wood cause youre building twig. But still its a work arround, no plugin that does it auto
